Who We're Looking For
You might be a perfect fit if you're:
A current college student, business or nonprofit founder, or full-time working professional
A U.S. citizen living in the United States
Deeply connected to the lived experience of Black women across the African diaspora
Actively living, working, studying, or born in the city, state, or region you wish to represent
Ready to commit to the responsibilities and leadership expectations of an MBNA delegate
Excited to step into the spotlight with confidence, authenticity, and purpose
