Impact

MBNA is on a mission to build leaders, fund dreams, and celebrate Black brilliance.

We believe that real transformation is measurable. While our organization is newly launched, we are guided by national data, proven strategies, and a bold commitment to outcomes.

Here’s what we’re setting out to achieve:

  • 15 delegates trained through our leadership accelerator in Year 1

  • 20+ hours of leadership coaching delivered

  • $10,000 in microgrants distributed to help fund dreams

  • A growing community of sponsors committed to economic equity and visibility for Black women

Our four-year roadmap includes:

  • Training 100+ Black women

  • Distributing over $40,000 in funding

  • Creating a national network of alumni changemakers

Our Impact:

How We Create Change:

Miss Black North America is more than a pageant. It’s a leadership movement. By combining mentorship, investment, and transformative coaching, we are cultivating a new generation of Black women leaders.

We call it our Theory of Change, a roadmap that shows exactly how we turn passion into purpose and ambition into action.

Our Impact Model:

• Inputs
Delegate applications, corporate sponsors, volunteer coaches, and technology

• Activities
Leadership coaching, microgrants, mentorship, and community-building events

• Outputs
Coaching hours delivered, grants awarded, and delegates trained

• Outcomes
Increased leadership confidence, new ventures launched, and jobs secured

• Impact
Economic mobility, legacy-building, and visible Black women in leadership

We don’t just crown queens—we cultivate CEOs.
